Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the implementation of plans, goals, performance targets, policies and activities for the IT section.
- Ensure the maintenance of ICT network and conduct necessary upgrades.
- Ensures the smooth running of the office network system including the Billing System, email, internet, software and hardware.
- Provide excellent first line support for all departments and resolve queries quickly and proactively, help users use the system correctly, maintain ICT infrastructure by minimizing hardware, system and network errors for users
- Responsible for programming ,installing and maintaining of computer hardware and software for use by user departments
- Provision of first line support of business applications for use which ensures high level system availability to users so that operations are not interrupted.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- At least (2) two years’ of post -qualification experience in the field of IT.
- Knowledge of Promun System.
- Proficiency in programming/coding.
- Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning concepts.
- A clean record of service and no criminal record.
