Job Description

Opportunities have arisen for posts of Secretary-cum-Bookkeepers within the National Employment Council for the Security Industry of Zimbabwe (NECSIZ) at our Harare and Bulawayo Offices.

REQUIREMENTS

At least a bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent with a minimum 2.2-degree classification.
A pass in &Level Mathematics with a B or better.
Have basic knowledge of the Security Industry.
Be aged between 25 and 35 years.

DUTIES

Reception and secretarial duties Bookkeeping and administrative duties.
Preparation of monthly financial statements for the office.
Receipting and banking.
Registering new security companies.
Following up on companies for payment of NEC Levies.
Registering complaints and updating Designated Agent’s diary.
Prepare payments.
