Sous Chefs – Wanted 2 x Sous Chefs for a leading hotel. Must be a Class 1 Chef and have a tertiary qualification in Culinary Science or Hotel and Restaurant Management. Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Sous Chef. Cruise ship, international or 5-star regional experience is an added advantage.
