JF Kapnek Trust is a registered charitable trust, which has been operating in Zimbabwe since 1986. JF Kapnek Trust seeks to improve family health, reduce child mortality and create educational opportunities for children of Zimbabwe through the implementation of scalable sustainable programmes.

The JF Kapnek Trust is recruiting 4 Social Work Students located in Harare (2), Bulawayo (1) and Matobo (1). The Students will be supervised and mentored by qualified and experienced Social Workers who are part of a vibrant Child Protection team. Kapnek prides itself in providing mentorship opportunities for upcoming Social Workers in a broad range of fields including Disability and Case management, Parenting, Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights, Community Development and Education among others.

Person Specifications

Should be studying towards a Social Work qualification at an accredited University; Placement period should be a minimum of 8 months; Willingness and flexibility to work in diverse environments including office and field; Students living with disabilities are encouraged to apply; High aptitude to learn
