Attributes and Qualifications 
• A social Science Degree
• At least 4 years working experience
• At least 30 years of age
• A Clean class 4 drivers licence
• A citizen of Zimbabwe
• Good interpersonal skills
• No criminal record

Duties

• Spearheads and mobilises resources for schools and health facilities
• Supervises Council schools and health facilities in the district.
• Coordinates HIV/AIDS programmes in the work place and district
• Formulates annual plans
• Formulates and recommends Social Services policies and procedures
• Ensures that staff returns are submitted on time.
• Coordinates NGOs working in the district
