NetOne Cellular (Private) Limited seeks to recruit highly motivated, outstanding and results oriented individuals to fill the following positions.
SHOP SUPERVISORS x2 – (GOKWE & CHIPINGE)

RESPONSIBILITY
The incumbents shall be responsible to the Regional Sales Manager.

KEY JOB PURPOSE
To oversee shop operations, keeping costs within budget and motivating stall’ to achieve set sales targets.

PRINCIPAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Supervises the relationships tor key business partners i.e. airtime dealers, corporate accounts, service suppliers, flat accounts and shop staff’ to achieve NelOnes Sales and Marketing objectives within the NetOne Shop;
2. Ensures high levels of compliance with the set systems and procedures in the NetOne Shop with regard to stock, cash and customer handling processes;
3. Assists Regional Sales Manager with recommendations to improve the shop’s operating processes;
4. Ensures that NetOne shop is adequately and efficiently equipped and manned during working hours;
5. Ensures that sales targets are implemented at the NetOne shop as well as monitoring and measuring sales performance of Cashiers and Customer Care Representatives;
6. Ensures that all stationery documents are properly recorded, secured and systematically filed;
7. Compiles accurate and relevant daily, weekly and monthly reports on Shop operations;
8. Ensures that the NetOne shop has sufficient stock at all times;
9. Improves customer services al the point of presence in the NetOne shop through prompt attendance to customer enquiries;
10. Communicates with all other NetOne departments on matters of concern in supervising the allocated NetOne shop;
11. Liaises with Regional Sales Manager on relevant branding works for key products and customer touch points;
12. Trains shop staff on new and existing products and services;
13. Manages OneMoney registrations, tracking, reconciliations, cash management, banking and record keeping.

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
• Commercial Degree;
• Minimum of two years’ experience in a sales and customer service environment;
• An IT related qualification is an added advantage
