• Examine, diagnose and treat students and staff.
• Refer students and staff for special treatment where and when necessary.
• Conduct hospital visits for admitted students and staff.
• Attending relevant University Committee meetings.
• Conducting health education programmes for students and staff.
• Examine and produce certificates for all food handlers employed by the University.
• Provide medical examination reports to new members of staff in the University.
• Provide a comprehensive health services.
• Any other duties which may be assigned from time to time
Qualifications And Experience
Desired Qualifications and Experience
Applicants must have an MBChB or equivalent plus a valid practicing certificate from the Medical and Dental Practitioners Council of Zimbabwe. A relevant postgraduate qualification will be an added advantage. In addition, applicants should be of high integrity, possess excellent communication and interpersonal skill, emotionally mature and self-driven.
