JOB DESCRIPTION
A fast growing and reputable fertilizer manufacturing company seeks to recruit a qualified and experienced professional for the position of SENIOR MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Repair machinery and equipment
- Conduct regular inspections to identify faulty equipment.
- Disassembling equipment to diagnose faulty parts
- Installation of new equipment
- Scheduling of future maintenance practices and detect repeated malfunctions.
- Keep records of equipment manuals and user guides.
- Provide technical advice to management
- Supervise maintenance staff
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- Class 1 journeyman fitter and turner
- City and Guilds technician certificate
- 5 years’ experience
- Good diagnostic and analytical skills
