Key Responsibilities

• Audit Execution: Deliver the annual ICT audit plan and management requests, ensuring high-quality fieldwork and reporting in line with GIA standards.
• Risk & Innovation: Maintain the audit universe by identifying emerging ICT threats and using data analytics to drive audit efficiency.
• Strategic Advisory: Facilitate stakeholder agreements on audit findings, analyse root causes, and provide actionable recommendations to senior management.
• Team Leadership: Oversee junior auditors and manage the issues assurance plan to ensure timely remediation of identified risks.

Requirements

• Degree in IT, Computer Science, Accounting, or a related field.
• Mandatory: CISA, CRISC, CISSP, or CISM certification.
• Technical: Proficiency in Python, PowerBI, or SQL; Data Analytics experience is essential.
• At least 3 years of experience in IT Audit, Change Auditing, or Cybersecurity.
• Proven ability to lead audit assignments from planning through to reporting.
• Banking or Insurance industry experience and CIA qualification are distinct advantages.
• Execution & Collaboration: Driving results through teamwork and personal mastery.
• Technical Excellence: Proficiency in audit software (e.g., TeamMate, ACL), risk analysis, and business acumen.
• Analytical Thinking: High-level critical thinking and professional ethics.
