Properties & Facilities Administrator

Our Client is a New Investment Group linked to South Africa and the Region.

We are looking for a Properties and Facilities Administrator. The ideal incumbent will be responsible for the security, maintenance and services of work facilities to ensure that they meet the needs of the organization. Should have a technical background such as maintenance or similar work and worked with heavy equipment such as refrigeration.

Qualifications and Experience

• Degree in Surveying, Building Services Engineering/ Business Management
• Knowledge of or experience in facilities management and property management at a junior level.
• Computer literate – Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.) and able to work with Project Software.
• Preferably with a MS-SQL (Standard Query Language) qualification.

Age Profile: 23 – 27 years of age
