Position Overview
We are seeking dynamic and results-driven Sales Representatives, to join our growing team. The ideal candidates must have experience in agricultural sales and a strong understanding of farming practices and agriproducts.

Key Responsibilities

Promote and sell agrochemicals and crop protection products to farmers, distributors and agro-dealers.
Collect market intelligence and provide feedback on competitor activities.
Identify new business opportunities and expand market coverage.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets as well as preparing and submitting regular sales reports.

Requirements

Diploma or degree holder in Agriculture, Agronomy, Crop Science or related field.
1-2 years of proven sales experience in the agriculture sector.
Strong knowledge of agricultural products and farming practices.
Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Must be based in or willing to work in Bindura, Bulawayo, Mutare, Masvingo, Mvurwi and Banket.
