Position Overview
We are seeking dynamic and results-driven Sales Representatives, to join our growing team. The ideal candidates must have experience in agricultural sales and a strong understanding of farming practices and agriproducts.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell agrochemicals and crop protection products to farmers, distributors and agro-dealers.
- Collect market intelligence and provide feedback on competitor activities.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market coverage.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets as well as preparing and submitting regular sales reports.
Requirements
- Diploma or degree holder in Agriculture, Agronomy, Crop Science or related field.
- 1-2 years of proven sales experience in the agriculture sector.
- Strong knowledge of agricultural products and farming practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Must be based in or willing to work in Bindura, Bulawayo, Mutare, Masvingo, Mvurwi and Banket.
