Sales Representative : CFAO Motors Zimbabwe

Job Summary

An exciting opportunity for the position of Sales Representative has arisen for a suitably qualified and experienced person at CFAO Motors Zimbabwe. The successful incumbent will be a travelling Sales Representative who solicits vehicle orders and sales outside Harare and will report to the General Manager.

Duties And Responsibilities

Personal Attributes and Duties

• Achieve Suzuki sales targets through penetration on new markets & servicing of existing customers outside Harare.
• Capture and analyse trade market data in the areas of product range, sales trends, competition activities and trading terms.
• Maintain strong knowledge of Suzuki vehicles, accessories, pricing plans, promotions, and service features.
• Carry out frequent client contact, typically by telephone, in-person and by email; resolve client enquiries and complaints
• Provides efficient, courteous customer service and assistance in all aspects of product offerings and services.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Travel across the country prospecting for business.
• Handle all administrative aspects of the sate including completing customer contracts and warranties, pulling products from inventory, payments and filing the completed orders, preparation of Vehicle quotations and Invoicing

Qualifications And Experience

Qualifications and Experience:

• 5 ‘0’ Levels.
• A Diploma in Sales/Marketing or equivalent is preferred
• 2 years’ sales experience is preferred.
• Class 4 Driver’s license.

Skills and Competencies

• Excellent interpersonal skills to maintain relationships with the customers and clients.
• Eloquent and have effective communication and good listening skills.
• Computer literate in Microsoft office.
• Professional and presentable in order to project the correct image of the company.
