Superlife is the World’s fastest growing marketing company which has expanded its business to Africa including Zimbabwe. The Company is looking for for Sales & Marketing Representatives. We are currently in an expansion phase and seeking to enlarge our sales & marketing team by recruiting presentable, energetic, enthusiastic, confident and well-organized team players to join our “family”.

Requirements

A creative mindset and positive attitude with a desire to win

Team-oriented with a positive attitude

Excellent communication and listening skills, both verbal and written

Proficient with Microsoft Office, Google and other internet based software Applications.

Capacity to quickly learn new concepts, technologies, and skills.

Strong background and understanding of social media and network marketing.

Social media sites management

A self-starter who can work independently in an ever-changing industry

Creative problem solving and negotiating skills

Ability to build rapport with clients

Fluent in English and and Local Languages

Must have good telephone skills

Excellent customer service skills

Planning and organising skills

Responsibilities:

Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers

Create formulate marketing plans and material to present to customers

Convert leads that originate from our inbound marketing platform.

Create opportunities from networking (online and events), marketing automation campaigns.

Follow marketing processes and procedures effectively and efficiently

Regularly share your successes and challenges with the rest the Company’s Sales and Marketing team
