SALES MANAGER
Harare
The Position
Provide Business support in key business initiatives to ensure sustainability and contribute to business results.
Key Accountabilities
1. Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the team
2. Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensures its strong presence
3. Identifying emerging market and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
4. Building and promoting strong, long lasting relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
5. Facilitate the efficient delivery of service through communication, negotiation and coordinate with internal and external clients to manage client relations
6. Achievement of a team environment that enables maximum productivity and profitability
Qualifications and Experience
A degree in Sales and Marketing and or business administration or any related field is considered
Experience and knowledge of the earth moving and construction equipment market are a “MUST” have.
Computer literacy (including relevant SAP exposure) MS Office etc Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager consistently meeting or exceeding targets. ( Minimum 5 years)
Demonstrated ability to communicate (verbal and written communication including listening)
Leadership potential Ability to achieve results utilizing talent in the team.
Business Development skills and knowledge.
Good customer relations.
