Sales Consultant

Purpose of the role

• The sales consultant is responsible for the implementation and execution of the branch sales plan through business development initiatives and meeting sales targets set.
• The position drives sales and attends to customer enquiries and is expected to provide excellent customer service

Primary Duties

• Ensuring business growth through aggressive customer acquisition strategies,
• Identify and apply different sales techniques for different customer segments,
• Identify opportunities for cross and up-selling bank products and deliver excellent service at all times

Qualifications and experience

• First degree/IBOZ Diploma.
• Minimum 3 years banking experience preferably in a branch customer facing roles,
• Must have a thorough knowledge of bank products, with a flair for selling, service delivery must be at the bean of the incumbent.
