Job Summary

We are searching for an experienced and talented manager to join our Travel and tourism company. You’ll be responsible for guiding and supporting teams directly under your supervision by organizing resources, inspiring employees, and maximizing output. Our manager must be a masterful communicator, organizer, and charismatic team player.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Providing direction to team members, including constructive criticism and positive feedback.
• Maintain and boost the company’s sales pipeline and ensure all targets are met.
• Develop revenue strategies and set goals for growth
• Develop, implement, and maintain sales and marketing strategies
• Maintain and expand client base
• Fleet management- oversee all commercial vehicles, drivers, and related assets, including their operations, conditions, external and internal policy compliance, and overall performance.

• Oversee day-to-day operations
• Monitor travel related operations and services to the client before and during their travel
• Monitoring business trends and keeping up to date with the market.
• Maintain budgets and optimize expenses
• Set policies and processes
• Ensure employees work productively and develop professionally
• Oversee recruitment and training of new employees
• Evaluate and improve operations and financial performance
• Prepare regular reports for upper management

Requirements and Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Tourism and hospitality, or related field.
MBA is an added advantage
3+ years’ proven experience as a sales and marketing manager (added advantage on experience in car rental and travel tourism industry)
Excellent leadership, communication, and sales skills
