Salaries/ Payroll Administrator

Applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced personnel to fill the above mentioned Managerial position, which has fallen vacant in the Corporate Services Division.v

Qualifications / Requirements

• Degree in Accounting or Human Resources Management
• Diploma in Payroll Administration
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in the same field
• IPMZ Diploma will be an added advantage

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintains the Payroll System
• Administers and checks all Payroll Inputs
• Prepares all salary related Payments Schedules
• Produces relevant Payroll System Reports
• Prepares Monthly Salaries Reports
• Prepares monthly Payroll Journals
• Reconciles the Payroll
• Attends to all Payroll Queries
• Any other work related duty as assigned

Core Competencies 

• Excellent Accounting and Payroll skills
• Knowledge of various payroll packages
• Ability to accurately and timeously run the payroll
• Good Human Relations Skills
• Accuracy at figures and ability to work under pressure
• Excellent Analytical skills
