Job Summary
This role is responsible for assisting management in the development of a strong compliance management and risk management within the business unit. The role is also accountable for ensuring that the company is compliant with all regulatory requirements.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
Minimum academic and professional qualification required for this job
· 5 Ordinary Level Passes including Maths and English.
· 2 Advanced Level Passes
· Diploma in Banking, Finance, Economics, Business management or Relevant discipline with at least 2 years of experience

· IOBZ Diploma
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Guides the business on appropriate identification, assessment, management, monitoring and reporting of significant risks.
· Ensures that the business develops and implements appropriate compliance and risk management procedures.
· Reviewing procedure manual for compliance and risk management.
· Ensuring compliance with RBZ and MTA partners
· Develop and implement a compliance training program
– Must have knowledge of reconciliations and foreign exchange regulations
-Must have good planning and problem solving skills
-Must pay excellent attention to detail
-Must have excellent report writing and presentation skills
-Computer literacy, proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel etc.
