• The individual will be responsible for developing the organisations’ training and learning strategy as well as driving continuous and sustainable learning for all retail personnel.
• This role requires an analytical mind as well as strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
• The ideal incumbent must have a degree in Social Sciences or Business coupled with a professional qualification in Training and Development.
• The candidate must also have a minimum of 3 yea
