Spherefit is seeking a highly motivated Retail Sales & Operations Associate to support the commercial and operational activities of our Workington branch. This role combines technical sales support, customer advisory, inventory control, and daily operations management.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Sales Advisory: Provide expert advice on hardware specifications (e.g., friction stay grades, roller load capacities, and gasket fitment).
Inventory Integrity: Maintain 100% accuracy of stock levels using POS software. Conduct weekly “blind” stock counts.
Cash Management: Process USD and digital transactions with zero variance. Prepare daily reconciliation reports for the accountant.
Operations: Manage the dispatch of orders for motorbike deliveries, ensuring “Proof of Delivery” (POD) documentation is secured for every trip.
Merchandising: Ensure the showroom and sample boards are professionally displayed and well-stocked.

Requirements

Education: Minimum 5 ‘O’ Levels (including English and Mathematics/Accounts). A Diploma in Marketing or Purchasing & Supply or related field is an added advantage.
Technical Aptitude: Ability to learn and explain technical hardware specifications to professional fabricators.
Digital Literacy: Proficiency in POS software (Avery Cloud), WhatsApp Business, and basic Excel.
Integrity: A proven track record of honesty. High-level references will be strictly vetted.
Physical Stamina: Capable of handling industrial stock (moving cartons of stays/cleats) and standing for extended periods.
