Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist walk-in clients in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to telephone, email and WhatsApp enquiries.
  • Provide accurate information on venue packages, pricing and availability.
  • Process and manage reservations, ensuring all bookings are accurately recorded.
  • Confirm bookings with clients at least 24-48 hours before scheduled events.
  • Prepare invoices and receipts and liaise with the Finance Department regarding payments.
  • Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate issues to management where necessary.
  • Maintain accurate reservation records and perform general administrative duties.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Certificate in Hospitality, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years’ experience as a Reservationist, Receptionist, Front Office Administrator, or Customer Service Officer.
  • Experience in the hospitality or events industry is an added advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and reservation or booking systems.
