Background
Masaisai Trust is a non-profit making organization specializing in the provision of education. More than 20 years ago a group of Zimbabweans from different professions came together to form the Trust, motivated mainly by a desire to enhance the state of education in Zimbabwe. To date, the Trust operates a well-established school in Westgate: Masaisai Primary School, and seeks to expand by opening more schools in the country.

Qualifications and Experience
University degree in administration and Finance. A postgraduate qualification is an added advantage
10 years’ experience in a similar position.
Experience in Human Resources management and Finance administration, asset management Strategic planning, Experience of using Microsoft products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook • Working flexibly to meet changing needs of an organisation • Familiarity with office management procedures and principles • Basic budget management skills
Knowledge and Skills
Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work. Excellence in the following skills: strategic planning leadership, business, governance, partnership, research, Attention to detail and problem solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
