The incumbents will be responsible for client relationship to achieve set sales targets and wallet share growth and ensure sustained business growth and profitability in the assigned customer segments. Growth in liabilities (deposits) and assets is a key deliverable. To sell, cross-sell and deliver excellent sales and service of the bank’s products and services while building long-term profitable customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver set targets for deposits, risk assets, transactions and revenues.
- Effective portfolio management.
- Target assigned customer segments to develop and generate profitable sales.
- Grow customer product cross sell ratio.
- Track and maintain allocated performance records including sales tracker, deposits, risk assets, provisions, income and other relevant performance indicators.
- Maintenance of credit files.
- Compliance with Corporate Banking Credit Policies and Procedures.
- Provision of cover for other relationship managers in their absence.
- Ensure customer compliance with operations and credit KYC requirements, anti-money laundering measure and other controls in place.
- Develop strong internal relationships to support successful serving of customers.
- Advise customers on changes in internal and external policies and regulations.
- Own and lead customer complaints and resolution processes in conjunction with Analysts.
- Share knowledge and best practices with team members.
- Portfolio NPL did not exceed 3%.
- Operations losses to be below 0.3%.
