Grade 6: Contract Without Limit Of Time

Reports to the Personal Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer

Qualifications

A minimum of 5 0′ Levels including English Language and Mathematics
Certificate in. Records and Information Management, Library Information Management, or Related Qualification
A qualification in Secretarial Studies is an added advantage.
At least two years experience in the public sector is an added advantage.

Duties And Responsibilities

Manning the Reception Area
Filing of Council Documents in the Registry Office
Maintaining the Registry Office
Operating the Council Switchboard
Taking Council meetings minutes
Typing of Council documents
Maintenance of Stationery and Security Items Register
Distribution of Agendas and Minutes of Council meetings
Any other duties as assigned by the Superiors.
