Grade 6: Contract Without Limit Of Time

Reports to the Personal Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 5 0′ Levels including English Language and Mathematics
  • Certificate in. Records and Information Management, Library Information Management, or Related Qualification
  • A qualification in Secretarial Studies is an added advantage.
  • At least two years experience in the public sector is an added advantage.

Duties And Responsibilities

  • Manning the Reception Area
  • Filing of Council Documents in the Registry Office
  • Maintaining the Registry Office
  • Operating the Council Switchboard
  • Taking Council meetings minutes
  • Typing of Council documents
  • Maintenance of Stationery and Security Items Register
  • Distribution of Agendas and Minutes of Council meetings
  • Any other duties as assigned by the Superiors.
