ROVER MAKERS (PVT) LTD. Applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced persons to fill in the above that has arisen at Administration Department. The individual will report to the General Manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • Front Desk Management: Greet visitors warmly, answer incoming calls, and direct inquiries to the appropriate departments.
  • Customer Service: Assist customers with inquiries about spare parts, provide information on product availability, and process orders efficiently.
  • Administrative Support: Perform general clerical duties including photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing.
  • Data Entry: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the company’s database.
  • Office Coordination: Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary to ensure smooth operation.

Requirements

  • 5 O Levels, Diploma in Office Adminstration, Degree In Business Adminstrations
  • Class 3 licenses
  • Knowlegable about Land Rover, Range Rover and Jaguar vehicle auto spare parts
  • Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
