Duties and Responsibilities

• Property advisory role to clients
• Advertising of prperties and responding to clients.

 

• Carryout market  research and valuations
• Carry out property assessments and views with clients

 

 

• Buying and Selling of properties on behalf of the clients
• Leasing and letting properties

 

 

• Preparation of relevant contractual documents
• Property Management

 

 

• Marketing Property savings product
• Property auctioneering

 

 

• Property Valuation
• Report writing

 

 

Qualifications/Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Real Estate,Honors in Rural and Urban Planning or its equivalents
• Valuation qualification is an added advantage.

 

 

• Marketing qualifications is an added advantage
• Must be a registered or working towards registering with the  Estate Agency Council of Zimbabwe

 

 

• Must have a clean class 4 Driver’s licence and own vehicle is an added advantage
• 2 years’ experience in real estate sales is essential
• Must possess good selling and communication skills
