Location: Kamativi Mining Company

We are seeking a proactive and dedicated Quality Assurance officer to be an integral part of our quality function at KMC. You’ll be at the forefront of pioneering quality initiatives, the role will also involve data analysis, conducting investigations, managing audits, and ensuring excellence in all aspects of quality. The QA officer will proactively support and participate in the quality function within the site, working closely with the operations and technical team.

Responsibilities
Own and maintain process verification and analysis schedules.
Support QC in addressing OUT of Specification results promptly, implementing corrective and preventative measures.
Collaborate with leadership to develop new procedures, and update existing procedures when change occur.
Assist Technical and Procurement in collecting data and quality information on raw material performance.
Analyze quality program data to identify trend and to develop and implement corrective action plans as appropriate
Take ownership of complaint investigations, root cause analysis, and agreed preventative actions.
Actively participate in external audits and familiar with ISO 9001 standards.

Requirements

Bachelor degree in the relevant field
Experience in data analysis, root cause analysis.
Quality Control / Quality Assurance
Computer literacy
Regulatory compliance
Minimum 2 years experience
