KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The position exists to ensure participation in the formulation and implementation of the Public Relations policy, strategy and programmes as well as managing the development of public information materials, graphic design and audio-visual production in a variety of media. The officer also ensures coordination of advertising and Public Relations activities of the Commission.

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES
Degree in Public Relations, Mass Communication, Media Studies or equivalent.
A Master’s degree or a higher qualification is an added advantage.
A minimum of 5 years relevant experience
Excellent report writing and presentation skills.
Excellent communication skills
