We are looking for a Property sales Rep; someone who is well spoken has good negotiation skills,

DUTIES

a) Provide accurate product information to clients (e.g. product features, pricing and after-sales services)
b) Respond to customer enquiries
c) Conduct price and feature comparisons. Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties’ value and compare with similar properties.

d) Inform customers about discounts and special offers
e) Provide customer feedback to Management
f) Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices
g) Marketing and advertising of the property
h) Sending out details of new properties on the market to clients on your database
i) Making appointments and showing buyers the properties
j) Finding and convincing buyers to purchase property at an acceptable price
k) Maintain and update listings of available properties
l) Prepare necessary paperwork (contracts, leases, deeds, closing statements etc.)
m) Maintains records of customer contacts and account updates

REQUIREMENTS

Degree in Real Estate and property management or Sales and marketing
Relevant experience of mature age and must be based in Bulawayo
Digital marketing certificate is an added advantage
