A well-established Estate Agent requires property negotiators/trainee property negotiators.
Duties And Responsibilities
Convincing prospective clients that the agency is the right one to handle their sale and agree the terms
Arranging advertising to promote the property
Sending out details of new properties on the market to people on the database
Making appointments and showing buyers around a property
Finding buyers in a position to proceed with purchase and willing to pay an acceptable price
Qualifications And Experience
+Mature
+Previous Sales and Administrative Experience
+ Looking for individuals who were former bankers/
Insurance brokers and Administrators.
+Fluent in English Language
+MUST own a vehicle and a laptop
+Minimum educational requirement of 5 O-levels
+Any relevant Diploma or Degree
