Production/ Technical Manager

Mature and experienced Production/ Technical Manager for a quarry Plant. The incumbent must have practical working knowledge of setting up a plant from scratch comprising designing, civil, mechanical and electrical works. Must also be able to drive up production and sales, motivate and train staff as well as supervision of all production and technical stuff.

Incumbent must also be able to optimally utilize both the human capital and equipment cost effectively.
