PROCUREMENT CLERK (GRADE 6)

Reporting directly to the Procurement Officer, the incumbent will be responsible for the following among other duties:

• Procurement of goods and services for Council in line with Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets (Chapter 22:23) and Procurement Regulations

• Provision of secretarial services to council • Any other duties assigned

Qualifications and Experience

• National Diploma in Purchasing and Supply Management or equivalent.

• At least 2 years relevant working experience in a public Sector Environment.

• A Clean Class 4 drivers licence • Must be computer literate
