Key Responsibilities
- Driving aggressive client acquisition and market penetration, with a primary focus on the Chinese business segment.
- Manage relationships, monitor client portfolios and market trends to provide proactive advice to customers.
- Conducting credit appraisals for loan applications and monitor portfolios to ensure minimal non-performing loans (NPLs).
- Coordinating and facilitating import/export transactions and providing expert support for Letters of Credit etc.
- Collaborate with internal teams (credit, product, operations) to meet client needs.
- Ensuring 100% adherence to regulatory requirements, specifically KYC (Know Your Customer), AML (Anti-Money Laundering), and CFT (Combating the Financing of Terrorism).
- Achieve revenue, asset growth, and profitability targets.
- Championing the Bank’s Elevate360 corporate culture, bridging it with Chinese banking and business etiquette to enhance relationship synergy.

- Strong credit appraisal capability and financial analysis skills.
