POD Assistant

Starting Salary: $450

Job description

• Status Sheet completion of Client base as given by HOD
• Chasing up FMS queries within the Department
• Liaison with Operations on load queries in relation to required FMS PDF extract
• Scanning of bulk contracts and containerized sheets (as per client base given by the PODs Manager)
• Extensive use of FMS & Magic Eye for all Pods requirements
• And any Departmental Duties as given by the PODs Manager.

Qualifications

• Relevant diploma in Business or other Business related Diplomas
• Experience required (minimum/maximum): with 2-5 years, with relevant experience in a similar role within the transport industry
• IT knowledge: excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office products (word; excel; power point);
