We are looking for a versatile and highly–organized personal assistant to perform personalized
administrative duties for the managing director. In this role, you will be responsible for scheduling
meetings, taking notes, and handling correspondence on behalf of managers. You may also be
required to make travel arrangements and assist with other duties when required.
To ensure success as a personal assistant, you should exhibit excellent organizational skills and
demonstrable experience in a secretarial role. Accomplished personal assistants are intuitive to
the needs of the managers and work autonomously to provide customized administrative support.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Filtering and managing correspondence.
• Calendar management and scheduling meetings.
• Confident and offering advices.
• Grocery shopping, household items and gifts.
• Taking care of personal errands.
• Negotiating with service providers.
• Basic tiding after and before meetings.
• Organisation of projects.
• Paying bills.
• Planning events.
• Planning travel.
• Serving tea and other beverages.
• Taking children or other family members to appointments.
Qualifications:
• Certification in secretarial work, office administration, or related training.
• 1–2 years of experience as a personal assistant would be advantageous.
• PA diploma or certification would be considered an advantage
• Excellent verbal, written and non–communication skills.
• Interpersonal skills.
• Time management skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask
• Attention to detail.
• Flexible to change.
• Patient and ability to remain calm.
• Strong language of English Language and other local languages used in Business.
• Business management skills
