Personal Assistant to Procurement Executive
Location: Harare
Job Requirements:
Handles all incoming and outgoing mail and calls for the Department
Schedules and updates the Executives on their daily appointments.
Types reports/ memos for the buying department.
Maintains personnel records for buying clerks.
Orders and prepares refreshments for the Executives and their visitors.
Updates leave register for the buying department personnel
Orders and controls the buying department’s stationery.
Sends log books information to the vehicle committee on a monthly basis as required
Qualifications:
5 ‘O’ Levels including English Language and Mathematics.
Executive Secretarial Diploma.
A minimum of three years’ experience as an Executive Secretary.
MS Office.
Very good public relations skills.
Good communication skills of all levels and interpersonal skills.
