Location: Harare

Job Requirements:

 Handles all incoming and outgoing mail and calls for the Department
 Schedules and updates the Executives on their daily appointments.
 Types reports/ memos for the buying department.
 Maintains personnel records for buying clerks.
 Orders and prepares refreshments for the Executives and their visitors.
 Updates leave register for the buying department personnel
 Orders and controls the buying department’s stationery.
 Sends log books information to the vehicle committee on a monthly basis as required

Qualifications:

 5 ‘O’ Levels including English Language and Mathematics.
 Executive Secretarial Diploma.
 A minimum of three years’ experience as an Executive Secretary.
 MS Office.
 Very good public relations skills.
 Good communication skills of all levels and interpersonal skills.
