Personal Assistant To The General Manager
Sunway City, a subsidiary of Industrial Development Corporation of Zimbabwe Limited (IDCZ), are developers of World Class Integrated Industrial, Commercial, Residential, Institutional and Recreational Parks. A position of Personal Assistant to the General Manager has arisen at Sunway City, Ventersburg Harare.
Reporting to the General Manager, the successful candidate will inter alia perform the following key functions:
• Managing the GM’s Diary
• Receiving and making calls for the GM
• Filing of GM’s Documents
• Photocopying, Scanning and binding GM’s Documents
• Taking minutes in management meetings & other meetings as may be arranged
• Travel arrangements for the GM and other managers
• Organising office functions
• Buying of office requirements
• Checking of Directors’ diaries for Sunway City meetings
• Working with the company Secretary in the preparation & circulation of Board Papers.
• Setting of Board & Committee meetings
• Typing of Board Minutes, letters and other documents as may be assigned.
Qualifications and Attributes
• Diploma in Office Administration
• Higher National Diploma in Secretarial and Administration Studies from recognised Institution
• Extensive Computer knowledge
• A minimum of three years’ experience in secretarial/ Administration position
• A self-starter with high levels of initiative and the ability to maintain confidentiality In return, the company will pay remuneration commensurate with the position.
