Key Responsibilities

• Execute full monthly payroll and submit all statutory returns (PAYE, NSSA, ZIMDEF) 5 days before deadlines. Stay updated on tax law changes.
• Maintain 100% complete physical/digital employee files and update the HRIS for all staff movements.
• Provide quarterly reports on industry salary trends and compensation best practices.
• Deliver monthly metrices on payroll and compensation.

Requirements

• Education: Degree in HR, Business Admin, or Finance. (Professional HR/Payroll certification preferred).
• Experience: 3-5 years in a similar payroll-heavy role.
• Technical Skills: Expert knowledge of payroll software, Zimbabwe Labour Law, and tax regulations.
• Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the financial services regulatory environment.
