Paid Media Specialist – Total Media

Job Summary

As a Paid Media Specialist, you will get to do more than just manage online advertisements. You will be responsible for ensuring paid media projects are successfully planned and executed while contributing to business growth via paid media strategies.

You should have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies as well as be able to demonstrate the said grasp. You will work alongside the Digital Media team, Digital Creative team and other supporting teams, (such as programmers), and business partners to launch campaigns on time and on budget.

Duties And Responsibilities

• Develop, execute, and optimize cutting-edge digital campaigns from conception to launch.
  • Work cross-departmentally to align campaign strategies and goals across the organization.
  • Provide ongoing actionable insights into campaign performance to relevant stakeholders.
  • Define, measure, and evaluate relevant paid media KPIs.
  • Build out media buys for various ad platforms and oversee the day-to-day execution of paid media.
  • Oversee and manage overall paid media budget.
  • Conduct in-depth keyword and website research, ad grouping and audience targeting.
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
  • Maintain knowledge of industry best practices and new technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.

Qualifications And Experience

• Degree in Marketing or Advertising.
  • 2 years work experience.
  • Knowledge on media planning and buying (both offline and online).
  • Demonstrable experience working within digital marketing – email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns.
  • Experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing Social Media campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter), and Google AdWords campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills, unwavering focus on metrics, ROI, and data-driven thinking.
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
