Job Summary
Suitably qualified, experienced and motivated candidates are invited to apply for the position of Operations Supervisor which has arisen within Personal Banking.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Supervising operational running of the branch
- Authorizing work flow from Tellers, deposits and withdrawals throughout the day.
- Supervising tellers and back office staff to ensure compliance at all stages
- Maintaining branch registers and updates them regularly for inspection in compliance with the operations policy and procedure manual
- Setting out performance targets and conducts performance management for tellers and back office staff
Qualifications And Experience
- A degree in Banking and Finance / Business Studies / Economics
- IOBZ is an added advantage
- 3 to 4 years’ experience in Retail Banking, 2 or more years in Supervisory position.
- Excellent communication and people skills
