Job purpose develop and Implement strategy for Operations functions of the business and facilitate achievement of business plan.

Requirements

• BSc Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• 8 years post learnership engineering experience
• Operating within formal standards such as OHSAS18001, IS014001, IS09000, etc
• High level project management of large CAPEX investments
• Proven leadership capability – coaching and developing others
• Ability to lead cross functional project teams to successful completion
