Our client is seeking a dynamic Operations Manager to join their team. Your responsibilities are to develop an overall local operational strategy and direction for the freight forwarding teams.
Oversee the development of new freight business, maintain and develop relationships with new and existing clients in the local market, and drive the business for maximum utilization of existing facilities.
You will lead and motivate the team and be in direct communication to managing director and partner of the company in order to maintain an excellent customer service culture within the company.
The ideal candidate must have experience and understanding of issues and working practices in the Zimbabwean Logistics market and have established networks in the industry.
