A construction company based in Harare is urgently looking for an Office Assistant who is

ready to start work immediately.

JOB TITLE: OFFICE ASSISTANT

Job Description

 Managing the reception area
 Welcoming and providing general support to all visitors and directing them to their
respective offices for further assistance
 Attending emails,calls,printing,filing, and relaying the information to respective persons
 Creating requisitions for additional materials needed for the projects
 Coordinating with managers to schedule appointments
 Scheduling meetings, sending reminders, minuting and circulating them to relevant people
 Making follow up calls to clients and directly reporting to the Managing Director
 Updating clients, the position of their jobs which are still in production
 Taking record of all materials and tools going on site
 Setting up boardroom for all meetings and interviews
 Ensuring supplier registrations are submitted in time with all documents required
 To carry any other duties assigned by the management from time to time

Qualifications & Experience

 A diploma in secretariat and administration
 A minimum of three years field experience preferably in the construction industry
 A clean class 4 driver’s license
