Office Administrator
An exciting opportunity to join a small, diverse, but growing company, which operates from Home, in Borrowdale has arisen.
You will need to be able to multi-task, sell, administer and record (accounts/bookkeeping), with an ability to cope under pressure. A Secretarial/PA background is required.
Only serious applicants, with the relevant experience will be considered for this position. A Bookkeeping, Secretarial and Sales Mix kind of Qualification will be ideal. A drivers’ license is required (though not a must). Immediate availability is necessary.

The Office Administrator will need to be highly motivated, a magician, and willing to undertake all administrative tasks in support of the company, attending to all client needs and ensuring smooth flow of company operations to drive growth.
Responsibilities
- Handling general administration in support of the organisation’s pursuits and willing to grow with it. This is major for us!
- Manage and record the company’s cash/financial activities records, payments, receipts (ecocash receipts and expenditure). The company operates a petty cash system that runs on Company Bank Card, Ecocash and Cash and uses a voucher and requisitioning process. The Company is strengthening its systems towards being auditable for the 2018 Financial Year
- Attend to clients and visitors to company offices
- Conduct accounts clerical duties, (will be reporting to the External Accountant), including filing, answering phone calls, responding to emails and preparing documents
- Create and update records and databases with clients, key personnel and service providers
- Management of the company’s social media, and other publicity platforms
- Resolve any office administration problems faced by the firm
- Purchase and management of office inventory and any other purchases
- Attend to any admin related functions
