An exciting opportunity has opened up to join Mycash financial services as a teller!

We are looking for candidates from your institution of recent graduates from the faculty of commerce
who you know meet all the requirements and who you think you would be a good fit for the
role and who stay in the location that there are vacancies. The locations are,

1.    Ruwa x1
2.    Msasa x1
3.    Zengeza x1
4.    Relief teller x1

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. MyCash Card Management
 Registration of MyCash cards, processes mobile banking signups .Meeting set targets.
 Educating customers fully of the functions and benefits of the card and pushing for
high level of card usage by clients
 Educating customers on Send2Cell and MyCash Wallet through marketing within the
kiosk environment

2. Performing banking transactions
 Provides banking services to customers by processing transfers, deposits,
withdrawals, processing bill payments, selling insurances and referring customers to
other bank services.

3. Agent services
 Processes other financial institutions transactions as and when clients request.
 Processes remittance agents receipts and payouts
4. Customer Service
 Assist with client queries and escalate them to Supervisors.
 Provide the best customer service to clients as per MyCash standard
5. Sales and Marketing
 Cross-sells the other kiosk products and new services to increase awareness in the
market of the services that the MyCash Kiosk is able to offer and the product of the
MyCash card itself.

6. Record Keeping
 Daily record of transactions in Ledger books, reconcile cash transaction reports and sending of reports at the beginning and end of day using the proper reporting procedures and formats given
 Daily record keeping of documentation by way of filing receipts and settlement slips
Daily keeping the kiosk tidy,

7. Risk management

 Completing safe-deposit box procedures.
 Secures all security items e.g. Cash, date stamps and system access
 Verifies cash presented for genuineness.
 Ensures that excess cash is remitted to the supervisor.
 Report suspicious transactions in kiosk
 Minimum Hiring Standards
