Monitoring and Evaluation Officer: ActionAid

ActionAid Zimbabwe is working with a consortium of NGOs and private partners (COSV, Mercy Corps, Braford Investments, Shamiso Farms, Zvikomborero Farms and Michview Entreprise) to support the Zimbabwe Agricultural Growth Programme in the area of Goat and Pig value chain transformation. Staff recruited to this programme will be based in Harare and will implement activities throughout Zimbabwe.

The postholder will support the M&E Manager in all data collection, analysis and learning activities to help ensure accountability and efficiency from start to finish for all program activities.

Requirements

Degree in Mathematics/ Economics/ Statistics or related field, and Masters in related field will be an added advantage; Minimum of four (4) years’ experience in a similar role

Key Competencies

Strong Interpersonal and communication skills; Advanced skills in data analysis presentation and report writing; Excellent analytical skills combined with a proactive, energetic approach to problem solving.
