Mine Security Managers will be reporting to the respective general managers and minimum qualifications and experience are:

a. Degrees or Diploma in Security/Risk Management.
b. Fifteen years experience in role or similar normally in Police Service/Army/Air Force/Correctional Services.
c. A clean class four driver’s licence with at least 10 years driving experience.
d. No criminal record.
