Mine Manager -North & Middle Dyke (Mutorashanga)

Reporting to the Head-Mining Operations, the successful candidate will be responsible for the overall management of the company’s operations within the North & Middle Dyke region.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE 
• A bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering from a recognised tertiary institution
• Full blasting license
• At least eight (8) years post qualification experience five, (5) of which should have been spent at Mine Captain level or higher.
• A member of the Zimbabwe Institution of Engineers and/or any other relevant professional body Possession of a Mine Managers Certificate of Competency is an added advantage
• Contract management knowledge and experience is essential.
• Strong communication and Interpersonal skills.
• Should be Computer literate in Microsoft and SAP ERP System.

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS 
Lumpy and concentrate chrome ore production in line with the company’s business plan.
Ensuring that all operations are run in full compliance with applicable laws and regulations

• Budgeting and cost control for both CAPEX and OPEX
