Job Title: Merchandiser – Paints Business (Based in Mutare)
Role Purpose:
To ensure products are readily available to stockists, professionally displayed in-store, and supported by valuable customer feedback to drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with shop floor personnel in-store
- Implement store layouts and ensure consistent product availability
- Monitor and control stock levels
- Provide face-to-face product information and customer solutions
- Analyse in-store sales trends
- Support and execute marketing initiatives
- Identify and promote new business opportunities
- Gather market intelligence
Requirements
- Diploma in Sales and Marketing
- 5 O Levels including Mathematics and English
- Knowledge of paints (advantageous)
- Experience in sales or a similar role
- Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and communication skills
- Innovative, energetic, and results-driven
- Able to work independently and learn quickly
- Confident with strong persuasive ability
