Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome patients, families and visitors with professionalism, warmth and empathy.
  • Register new patients and accurately capture patient information.
  • Schedule, confirm and manage appointments for multiple specialists.
  • Answer telephone calls and respond to patient enquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain accurate electronic medical records and ensure patient information is always up to date.
  • Process payments and issue receipts.
  • Coordinate with doctors, nurses and other departments to ensure a seamless patient journey.

Requirements
